Firm Foundation is an unincorporated association of businesses who are co-operating together to provide new business start ups with the benefit of their collective experience during these difficult times. We recognise that the economy has been undergoing a massive hit as a result of the Covid pandemic and that many of the traditional large employers in and around the Midlands are paring back their operations.
As such, Firm Foundation has no interest in keeping any personal data for any purpose other than to provide free advice to those people who have just started down the path of starting up a new business. Once that initial advice is given, any personal data will be deleted within 3 months. This policy explains when and why we collect personal data about people who visit the website, how it is used, the conditions under which it may be disclosed to others and how it is kept secure.
Firm Foundation requires little, if any, personal data and acts merely as a conduit to put you in touch with a mentor. Nevertheless it has been decided to set out here some information about the flow of your personal data through the website. If you send us any personal data (such as contained in your email address) then this is because you have positively chosen to provide it through the website.

Personal data is collected when a person completes the Contact Form, or the Questionnaire although the data provided should be minimal at that stage – simply enough for making contact.

This website is hosted by Raphael Design Ltd. The information you choose to provide in the Contact Form or in the Questionnaire will pass to the servers managed by Raphael Design Ltd (one of the team).
Email addresses for Firm Foundation are managed by Five Computing Ltd, another team member.
Please be reassured that information will not be released to third parties beyond as described unless you have requested that it should be, or that disclosure is required by law, by a court order or for the purposes of prevention of fraud or other crime or by the office of the Information Commissioner.
